World Transfer Login unavaiable (Light Datacenter)

I can confirm this. My main char is on Light/Odin and since on this SE help page recommend the new "world visit function" to login quicker I did this on Saturday and was transferred to Light/Twintania. But since then I stuck there away from my FC and friends and with a lot of features disabled (e.g. can not sell stuff at market, or can not use my assistant to put stuff into my store or get stuff from it).

The way back would in the main cities but this is completely not working anymore on Light. I wait there on Saturday 2,5h and I gave up and was just advancing from position 20 to 10 in this time. I was then talking to other visitors waiting in this queue and one guy was on 4th place of queue and waiting their since 9 hours (1) without world transfer.

I try it this morning again for two hours but the same as yesterday. World Transfer back to my homeworld is completely not working.
So I'm trapped on the wrong server with less features and no friends and no way to go back to my homeworld.

For curiosity I created a new char on a Japanese data center and there not even the login queue was very small but also the world visit feature to other servers and back was working instantly without waiting times!

So maybe World transfer is only Light out of order? Please support communicate this to Japan and ask them fix this. Not only the users in Japan what a good gaming experience also the user in Europe would really love to enjoy the game.
