And yeah, the game engine is flawed in some ways due to using 1.0 spaghetti codes still but BSODs and having to reinstall graphics drivers are 100% hardware issues and not due to FF14 or its game engine.
Again, it doesn't matter what other games you play and are fine with cause games put different loads on the hardware depending on the game.
So that means FF14 is putting a heavier load on your faulty hardware so you're getting issues cause your faulty hardware can't handle the load FF14 is putting on it. That's not on the game but on you for having faulty hardware in your PC.
And if it only happens during cutscenes for you along with being random about it, that is even further proof you've got faulty hardware.

Also, for the record, that last statement of yours is entirely false and I really wish people would stop spreading that false information. Software cannot cause BSODs or other issues by themselves with how modern computers are made these days.
If you truly believe that, I pity you for having your head stuck in the sand like that.
I play games that strain my PC far harder than FFXIV I'll let you know. So if something were wrong with the load... I think I'd experience this across other games, especially those that are almost unplayable.

Faulty hardware. Your line of thinking is faulty
