pc's audio crashed whenever I press printscreen button in ffxiv

This happen after EW's drop. somehow whenever I'm in the game and press "print" button, every audio on my pc including non ffxiv they all got muted and huge dps drop. The only way to get them back on is to restart my pc.

+ I had the game data restore + remove printscreen from screenshot keybind too, maybe it's something to do with OS?
(when final fantasy wasnt loadup, my printscreen button work perfectly fine no crash)

My setups with this problem are :
Window 11
Evga Geforece RTX 3070
Soundblaster AE-9


all of them have been updated up to date

I've been wondering is anyone having the same issue?
