I've had an account and subscription since ARR, I've paid for early access with every expansion... and I can't even queue, let alone get into the game. It's been 2 days. How long is it going to be like this? Both my regular subscription and early access time/money have been wasted because I can't even QUEUE to get in during 18/25 hours of the day. Why didn't you implement a simple preferential system that allowed people who PAID for early access to your content to be at least allowed to QUEUE? I don't care if it takes me 2 hours to get in as long as it looks like I'm getting somewhere, but to not even allow people into the queue? It's low... very low. Please... I love this game, and I realize it's always a bit of a mess at the launch of a new XP, but this is not ok.

Eh 2 days is not the end of the world and let's be honest, people would have still bought the expansion and subbed even without the early access perk. Ofc I'm not defending SE, they should have fixed and done the new servers before even mentioning the last expansion back in March I think it was. If you're on Playstation, I did read you can still withdraw and get refunded from the purchase, seem like a hassle though and no refund for the sub.

if you are paying 1 month at a time that's 50 cents per day. and if you look at the "package" that some say makes them pay for early access it doesn't change price, just well no longer early access. this is a benefit that you got for buying the expansion. you paid net 0 for that privelege of paying on the 15th of november this time around. i'm sorry you have been inconvenienced, I have as well and i'm not saying my subscription and early access is wasted. did you sit at your computer for all 24 hours of the day for the last two days from 1am pacific the 3rd? if not then you wasted nothing as you got to do other things. Please stop going here to make demands and not any substantial technical information. I would suggest you contact sq enix's customer support and talk to them.
