It was simple enough to get through. However, I understand the complaints and feel as though the entirety of Garlemald was laughably weak in terms of storytelling. How many times does the same scenario need to be played out?
It boils down to (and I'll add spoilers here)
"We don't need your help! We don't want your supplies! But, we will try and steal them anyways! Oh, that plan failed? Better off myself!"
These guys were the main antagonists for a decent chunk of the games narrative. Seriously? Going to just skip all of that nonsense on my alts.
Just my opinion. Won't lose sleep if you don't like it.



Considering people raged at the unnerfed Steps of Faith, nothing surprises me on the forums, that even something that remotely requires thinking and patience is seen as "challenging". Yikes.
you do realize that the goal of the game should be to not gate keep ppl, right? so if something is too hard or too annoying for many players, it needs to be changed. id rather have a bunch of easy quests for no effort along the story then be forced into an RP fight thrice just to fail again, simply because Im not a fan of sneaking around for 10 minutes so no mob aggros me.

The duty was made to make you feel like you were in a tough spot and it played its role pretty well imo. It took 2 tries for me, the second time I finished quickly because my sleep deprived brain finally worked out that your in a box until you complete the objectives haha
I know right. Some of these comments like "now I legit hate this game and it forced me to kill my puppy out of rage."
Get a grip guys.


Yeah i got angry as well. Not at the quest but at the build up towards that, glad everything worked out in the end.
