Idk, I found it pretty fun, it was different and it broke a bit of the monotony I was feeling of just going to point A to B to C and maybe kill enemies there between cutscenes.

I just finished this MSQ. it was a blast man
it is fun, contrary to this thread opinion, it is by far the best MMO questing experience so far.

Think of it like Resident Evil or Silent Hill but dumbed down and easier version of those games.

The story tied to this MSQ is also brilliant, you can feel the emotion at the start of the MSQ, then swap, then we go doing this duty.

an MMO shouldn't be always about fetch quests or 'kill x amount y' quests.

I enjoyed this duty a lot! The impact it had on me was perfect.

This thing has so many strikes against it it's crazy:

1: RP battles suck anyway.
2: It's RP as a wimp.
3:No autohealing between fights unless you find a specific item.
4: Minimal guidance on wth to do.
5: Did I mention RP battles suck anyway?

Holy crap you are nearly 90 levels into the game. You get 1 damage button, 1 defensive. You should know how LoS works by now.

Minimal guidance? Good lord, see how FFXIV players break down once given a modicum of challenge? A single instance where they are not allowed to overgear the enemy and breeze from point A to B with handholding/a giant "STAND RIGHT HERE!!!!!!" marker.

Boo hoo, you had "pLaY aS SoMeOnE ElSe" for 15 minutes. That's a dungeon. In fact, the other RP duties are way shorter, In From The Cold is the longest they've added. Usually it's like 5 minutes.
