Account characters on Faerie seem broken?

Hello! Like everyone else I have been managing the 2002/3001 errors, etc. On the last error I received I was bumped from around 600 -> 1 in queue and then kicked out. Now, whenever I try and log in I get the Players in queue: 1 message, as if I am stuck in a purgatory of sorts lol.

I've tried resetting my internet, restarting, etc. and still no resolution. When I swap to another server or DC, I can jump right into a queue on any of those characters. Just Faerie characters seem to be bugged for me. The only differences I can see are that, with the Faerie characters, I am actually having all of the data load (char. info on left, char. model in center) as opposed to the '?' placeholders due to the server congestion.

I guess if anybody has any information or maybe any ideas for me to resolve this issue that would be great. Thanks!

im stuck at 1 as well for the last 40 minutes after being in a queue of 5000 and getting booted. i dont know what to do.

I managed to hit 1 player in queue, got kicked, logged back in and seem to be stuck at 1175. Ive closed the game out and everything and seem to log back in stuck at the exact same number. ive been here for almost an hour.

I'm at 666, and have been for about an hour or two.

Further, when I log out, restart, come back in, I slip back in at 666. I've rejoined the queue several times, and stuck at 666.
