Pretty disappointed in "Early Access"

So I bought the game hoping to get early access as promised, but the fact of the matter is I can't get into even play which is why you preorder a game in the first place. I'm either getting 2002'd or disconnected while in the queue. The first day I did get in only to find out my pet Hotbar didn't work which means I was going to have to start my UI from scratch as the Hotbar within the game menu for the pet bar did not do anything. The pet bar would not appear and my Hotbar would not switch to control a different player when I was "controlling the player in a duty" which I don't think you guys have provided a fix on. Unfortunately, this may be due to the forever when signing out my PC would go to a black screen and I ended up having to force quit all the time in SHB. After logging out to try to get a fresh character slate within my games, I have yet to be able to get back in and all this is highly frustrating. I surely hope we aren't launching the game still on Dec 7 when not even early access players can get in currently until you guys come up with some type of resolve for some of this. I have been a player since ARR and have loved the game but this is very frustrating and makes me think about just not attempting to play anymore, but I have spent so much time investing in my character that it stops me on that basis. As of tonite, I am seeing the queue jump up and down and it's been as high as 4500 in the queue. It's starting to remind me of New World queues right now when I tried that out for a few weeks. Is there going to be a moment where this gets under control? Even though I paid prior and early access I will never get anything back from having it as a perk and never being able to do it as a long-time FFXIV supporter as well as paying for a membership to a game I can't get in to play. When do you guys expect to get a hold of this and resolve what's going on? Waiting a month for it cool down is simply not a resolve in addition to me paying money for a monthly subscription to something that can't access. I know there are issues getting things for servers, but you have to meet your customers halfway and either give them something monetary for the error like their sub amount for the month if it is going to be several weeks or months before you can fix the server situation and also be transparent about what physical steps you are taking to resolve beyond stops in the game as that doesn't tell us what you are doing to remedy the situation in a permanent solution. Please give a transparent answer at this point!

And now imagine when the official release happens in a few days. We get to go through all of this again when all the people who didn't pre-order get to play for the first time.
