As with above, they are also purchasable with gems in the final zone of the Endwalker expansion. Hunter retainers can also be dispatched if they're a high enough level.

Seeing as some farm those for crafting materials to sell you can find them on the MB.

They are dirt cheap now on the MB. Much easier to just buy with gil.

Bi colored gem from fates is what he figured out. its best way to obtain skin, crystals, and craft mats atm. though it requires you to fate farm.

I send my retainers to get dynamis and skins... I dont do fates frequently enough to accumulate so many bi-colors that I can spend them on mats.
