Can't get through queue without error 2002d. Can't play.

Yes I know there are a large amount of people trying to play. I don't have an issue sitting through queues if it meant it actually worked. Every time (EVERY.SINGLE.TIME) my queue gets down to around 400-600 I get kicked out of the client with error 2002d. When I reload the game and get back in queue, my place in line has reset. I've been trying to play since yesterday so we are going on at least 2 full days in which I've been unable to play so I expect I am not charged for service for these times.

Secondly, why is there no proactive communication about the status of the servers? As a customer, I should not need to dig and dig through hundreds of forum posts to piece together communications. What is SquareEnix doing to fix this situation?

Who knows. The only Lodestone announcement about log in queues says everything is working as intended.

I just queue'd for 2 hours. Started from 4000s. Got disconnected with Error 2002 a couple times. After 2 hours, I was queue 91. BOOM error 2002. I managed to get back in, then I was player 1!!!!! Player ******* 1 in the queue...

ERROR 4004D. NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. AND NOW IM BACK TO 4552. I'M FREAKING OUT ****
