And just another update, another lobby server error when below 2000, and now at 7078. Tbh they should have been ahead of this not running behind it, they even had extra time as release was delayed.

I knew that i wouldn't get in fast on a sunday late morning but what happend today made me feel exactly the same. Been trying to get ingame since 11:45 and now its 18:35, went from #15 to over 8k. Im trying my best not to rage and let it flow in the gameplay but this feels just wrong overall - you pay for a game and cant play it. They gave the 7 free days, which is atlest something. But it won't change the fact that my friends are way ahead now and im far behind due to being unlucky with lobby errors and having up to 6-10h queue time. I cant expect friends to wait for me several days for me to catch up sooner or later, so i have to play thru it alone which is NOT the intention of an MMORPG tbh. Not to mention that they delayed the release, they should have known whats to come with FFXIV being popular everywhere and WoW players going full XIV since Oct.
Anyways, i'm happy to see that some people use the forums to talk about this.

Honestly it wouldn't be so bad if you could just set the queue and leave it. But you have to baby sit it in case you get disconnected. Which really is the craziest thing to me, and the only game with a queue system you actually have to sit and watch. Kinda destroys the whole point of it.
