Finally got past error 2002

Into a 9,171 queue.

Which I know it's going to boot me out of anyway.

Started in a queue of around 9000 about 5 hours ago, got to position 11 and just got error 4004 now back to 3729

Just keep watching it and relogging quickly if it crashes. I started at 7600+ earlier and made it in but had about 5 disconnects along the way. If you relog in quick enough, you get placed back where you were, least on PC from what I can tell. Did it yesterday too

That only seems to work for 2002 I was literally back queing within 30 seconds and was back of the queue

I tried this when I got booted off a queue, and I couldn't get back into a queue, just back into the Error 2002 grind. Also, having to re-open launcher, put in password, my SQEX Token, it's a huge waste of time.

I've been sent back to the end of the line no less than three times now. Your number doesn't matter if RNG dictates if you can login at all. I was at the front of the line, and after 4 errors I got reset to the back.

Been trying to login for over 4 hours now. I'd have been in hours ago if my spot didn't keep getting stolen.

Perhaps, I never got the 4004 one even when I did the full countdown. An FC mate disabled their firewall after receiving it once and was able to get in from a 5k countdown. Dunno if that's just dumb luck or a correlation
The only respite I can offer people is that ideally, the only time you can realistically login to the US servers rather consistently with like sub 20 queues is at 2AM EST to 9AM EST.

I get this; I get queue after entering "one time password" with fob;

all ??? on left side of screen. I select my main character, and get an insane queue number > 1000. I cancel and get "Unable to obtain character information" error.

This has been occurring intermittently for days, until today. Today I have tried for >2 hours and now get 2002 error. I submitted a ticket to Square Enix. I just figured out how to use the forums and find, thankfully, that I am not the only one having issues.

Well! Just got booted off when I was at 7,000. Tried logging in again, couldn't get into queue 2002, after a few attempts, back at 9,500.

I guess I'm not even going to bother trying.

i was #1 in que and got booted logged in right away on next attempt to get put at 7500
