Error 2002 is unacceptable

Fun fact. Periodically you can get the loading screen of the world and get a 2002 error that closes your game. It isn't even just 3001

Agreed. Long queues aren't an issue. Long queues with a fake out disconnect boot to the back of the line is a huge issue though.

Agree. Waited from 4441 to 2029 and then the Lobby Server booted me. Seriously, I should not have to be preloading 3 launchers with my login info to grapple with the Lobby Server.

A 1 hour grace period that saves your place in the line and is account-based on it's login is needed.

Credit where credit is due, there are FAR less DC's than yesterday. It was nearly every minute or so during peak time on the 3rd.

Only thing I find irritating is that it closes out the game completely and you have to restart the launcher and log in all over again. Really annoying when you use MFA. But... dems the breaks.

I agree, the 2002 error is the most frustrating thing. I don't mind waiting, I don't like waiting the 2 hours, plan my evening around the likely 3 hour que time to get, only to get the 2002 error when under 1,000 to go only to be sent back to the 3,000+ que. It happened Friday night and now tonight (Saturday).

This is the most frustrating cause its like a carrot on a stick.. that seems just in grasp with patience, but than whipped back out of reach.

Méga problème sur le jeu. Je suis incapable de voir mon curseur pour me login dans l'interface du jeu sur la PS5. J ai redemaré plusieurs fois le jeu et la console. Le PROBLÈME persiste. IL Y A PIRE losrque je parviens a voir mon curseur, celui-ci reste bugger a tourner a gauche et ce meme jusque dans l'interface PS5. J'ai tout fais; Nettoyer la manette les 2 que j'ai, enlever le bleutooth et reset la manette a l'aide du boutton derriere celle-ci. Rien ne règle ce problème. J'ai également désinstallé et réinstallé le jeu au complet,mais rien n'y fait.

Since 6 am (it's now near 4 pm) I will get down to 11 or 20 in the queue this last one was 1... ONE... ONE BLOODY PERSON. (Yes I'm angry) and every single swiving time it's a 4004 error that puts me back up to over 5k in the queue. This is incredibly unacceptable. I would have rather waited another month for the expansion for them to work out server issues. JP server primetime is 17 queue max I've gotten. How about pulling some of the server towers from the JP side and give them to NA.

The same exact thing just happened to me. Got down to 1 and errored out. That one pissed me off. Waited so long just to get there. Now I'm at 3k. F that.

All of this 100%. Makes me glad I decided to cultivate a few alts over in JPN many months ago after correctly assuming how messy this launch was going to be. The lack of courtesy/foresight for NA and EU players in regards to server infrastructure from a multi-billion dollar corp like SE is just honestly baffling to me. Then cue every troll & shill on here saying; "Yoshida said they couldn't buy more servers", absolute hogwash. They couldn't buy more servers for NA & EU, yet somehow managed to secure enough new servers, so as to soon be able to open a whole brand new Datacenter, Oceanic? Sure Jan, but please do continue to offer more excuses, or even just go ahead & pin it all on Covid as has been the case the past 3 days on here.
