Queues and errors (and then re-queues)

So I'll start by saying this topic is rampant and for really good reason It's really bad right now. I get that.

It's new and every mmo I have ever played has had the same issues so it does not bother me all that much. What DOES bother me is logging in to a 2700 player queue, taking well over an hour to get to less than 10 waiting and then BAM! ERROR! Once again. And then log back in only to get an instant error followed by a third attempt that puts me in an ever HIGHER queue of 3500 players. Now THAT pisses me off.

Fix. This. Now.

We payed our money and expect a little better hardware capabilities than what Square Enix currently has. Software IE bugs and what not and slower log in times are expected (at least as far as I feel about it) but what I am talking about is unacceptable.

Honestly it is a bit ridiculous. When I've managed to get past the 2002 lobby errors at all, I've got into a 3500+ queue and around 2700 it errors out, and I have to log back in and start all over again. In between the lobby errors, I've sat in the queue now 4 times (for an hour or more each time) and have errored out each time. I'm fine with waiting my turn in a queue, but if the queue always fails and you just keep starting over, it needs to be addressed.
