Tech issues that should have been sorted really

Hey there,

Now the prelaunch event is soon 2 days old so what has happened to me in these hours and day that i can recount so that you can actually improve some of the things.

Lobby error 2002, 4004 error messages this has happened several times.
DX11 crashes lots of times and as well without any error message.
All of this was not present before new expac.

I understand q and congested worlds.

What i dont understand is if you crash your client and you try to get right back in again that you are not q protected so that you can get right back into the game.
World of warcraft has had this for 10 years at least.

Another thing i was in q now for over 2hrs i get lobby error get thrown out i should according to you have q protection well to my surprise i get several lobby errors after eachother and then when i finally can choose my char again i get in the back of the q again now 5.5k it started on 3.5k.

This is really something you have to fix it shouldnt be like this in a 2021 game you should have some kind of protection for ppl that get the lobby errors, game crashes so that they keep their q tag or get right back in when they crashed.

Love your game but the systems around it needs improvement for me this is now unplayable during peak hours if i crash like this and getting back means 4hrs q time.

Ive never posted on these forums but these kind of things needs addressing i cant play now because of this my daughter and i were looking forward on leveling together not possible as it is right now.

After posting this ive tried to login in again 30m in q lobby error and then thrown out. Loggin back in no q protection and you get back in line again and your at 5.6k again where you started.
This is something really that has to be addressed.
Tecnically if you havent a clue yourself please ask other developers how they solved it because there is crash protection in other games.

Again some error dx 11 error had to reboot and loose my place in the q so annoying.

Im now done ill wait until the game is not so congested i feel bad for it really i wanted to enjoy this one.
Had no problems under ShB, but the constant crashes and no q protection makes it just super annoying to try and play even.
Have fun all that have the fortitude to get in and enjoy the superb game that is there.

You knew this was going to happen. Numbers of players grew exponentially. You knew how many copies you have sold.

I've been playing since the beginning, and this is by far the worst launch. I never get past the queue. I got in at 7000 peeps. It crashed after an hour, I can begin again.

I know you could not add server due to the shortage, but this is not acceptable. You have THOUSANDS of people who payed you, and are paying for years to play, and you cannot even guarantee that they can enter the game after a while.

You could have expanded servers, network, etc., even with shortage of conductors. You are a multimillion, global company. This is amateuristic and and just disrespectful of your clientbase. Have fun with all your money.
