Cant use minor arcana or crown play as AST

with the endwalker release, ,well i got these 2 new skills, but they're blocked off, and says action not yet learned, but i do have every other action till lvl 80 abailable, and ive seen other ast already start the expansion with these abilities unlocked, so i dont know if im bugged or what, if someone could clarify me id be really thankful

in order to use crown play, you need to use minor arcana which can only be used during combat. have you tried while in combat?

yeah actually, in combat it just dosnt light up, maybe some kind of error with my character?
i do get error on the login screen, but when i play ingame everything seems fine

the error is just because the servers are congested, so it doesn't have anything to do with your bug. that is strange though, guess we'll have to wait and see what SE says, sorry i couldn't be of help D:

Have you done your job quests? The Astrlogian 6.0 Job Guide shows Minor Arcana is linked to the level 70 Quest "Foxfire".
