Log in queues are not stable!

This morning at 7 MST, the queue was 44. I think the best thing to do, if you can, is get on before 9 CT and keep your character active all day so you don't get logged out.

perfect! people do something to keep their character active and thus deny another a chance to play.... sounds GREAT to me! sounds like you are advocating circumventing active game logout procedures to reduce congestion, this is by all means against the EULA and can obtain a ban for people found to be doing so. also, the gm's can tell (I know this as I've been with gm's from a few different games) when someone is not at their keyboard and then they can take action according to their mandates. your suggestion goes against what you have been complaining about. thanks for sharing your colors.

Limsa would be barren if what you were stating is true.
Now, using third parties to stay logged in could get someone banned, because any use of third parties isn't allowed. However a third party isn't needed to stay logged in: there are ways to stay logged in with just the vanilla game alone.
