Aether Current updates - can't fly

I could be mistaken but didn't SE say in 6.0 the number of currents for older content was been reduced? Sounds like it's not picking up the correct "completed" ones for attunement. Compass is now in Duty > Collections menu

I've attuned to all the aether currents, finished the quests but I still can't get the achievement nor fly. I've finished Stormblood and still have this issue.

I've just noticed this issue a couple days ago and didn't think much of it, figured it'd unlock later in the questline, until I beat Stormblood and still didn't unlock it. there are no more Aether currents or quests to receive them. I've had no problems with any other zones, just Yanxia.

Same issue. Azim Steppe thinks I have all the aether currents but I can't fly. I verified there was one I had missed after watching a video but when I went to it (and discovered the location for the first time) it was not there.

All aether current quests completed and all aether currents discovered but no flying. Using the aether compass shows no remaining currents to be found.

Can't fly in any of the Endwalker zones, full attuned with all aether currents and still can't fly in any of the zones.
