This week I have to admit I am extremely annoyed. I would describe myself as a loyal player for two reasons, I have subscribed to the game continuously since it’s release on the PS3 all the way through to now, playing on the PS5. I paid for early access, and I have spent more time in a Queue than I have playing the game, not only because of long wait times but as of about 10 minutes ago I had queued for over 2 hours from 3600+ and reached 19 in said line. The lobby then encountered an error to be booted back to over 6800+ in another queue. So that’s at least another 3 hours+ of queue time.
Secondly having paid a subscription continually for over 8 years now it’s about time you did something for loyal players, to be quite frank I am sick of seeing “returning player” offers and free time or free items etc for returning players. What about those who have played continuously, do you not think it’s about time those players received a free month subscription, a special item/mount or something. To be quite frank I’m going to be seeking a refund for “endwalker” early access as I have only payed for access to a character selection screen and a long wait and errors. Maybe early access should be offered to those who have continuously payed subscription rather than those that just return to play a bit of new content for a month or so before ending their subscription again.
Lastly actually trying to contact SE/FF14 customer support for any kind of assistance or complaint is ridiculous, it either needs to be done in game, on thos forum or in less than 40 characters which actually doesn’t contact anyone but reverts you to FAQ.
I think you need to re-evaluate some priorities so fans can contact you about issues and suggestions.
