    Paid for a Mount on the MOG that was never delivered

    I paid for a SDS Fenrir mount on the Mog station. It has been 7 hours and still nothing has been delivered. Trying to submit a ticket on the website is annoyingly arduous. Who can I contact to get either my money back or my mount?

    It can take up to 10 business days, for me it took around 3 days before my stuff was delivered.

    Can confirm. Any account-wide mount I've ever purchased was not delivered by mail to each of my alts at the same time.

    It took half a day to deliver a level 80 job boost to one of my alts on Friday ... I suspect that there were a large number of other players with similar ideas, making it take longer still.
