What is not ok that you get those 2002 errors after waiting those 3h in a 5k queue line. You wait those 3h and finaly are like in the first 100 people in line only to get 2002, you instantly relog and "you cant connect back to lobby as it gived you instant 2002", after next try you log into queue at the end of the 4-5k line.
This is not ok. why not kick those that sit in game for 6+/10+ hours nonstop "for health reasons" and let others who also paid for the game to get some fun too. This is early access cant even imagine what will happen durring official launch...

Don't know the heck I even paid for this freaking login queue ultimate raid.
This is not okay, no semiconductor whatever shortage can justify this, no login server limits can justify this either. Fix your architecture or don't release if you cannot guarantee the stability of your crap.

I feel for the team, and I thank them for the kind gesture of an extra week of game play on their dime. I appreciate it and the information they have shared. it has confirmed my thoughts on this and I stand by what I have said. So, looks like they can't fix the issues so instead are granting compensation, which is just about all they can do at this point, TBH I still believe Square E is entirely at fault here selling far more early access's to the game than they can possibly handle I can only presume it is still yet only going to get worse once the "official" launch starts in a few days.
I feel extremely sorry for Yoshi and his team I'm sure they are receiving the most flack for the situation, but they only develop and make the game, they DONT sell l it, the monetary side is entirely Squares

The lobby server is the real problem. Dealing with 4k+ queue is annoying but "normal" in a new ext launch. But waiting in a 3-6k queue and have to do it again and again because the lobby crashed is obnoxious....
100% of my 2002 error were with less than 50 player queue, i don't lost packet for 3 hours but it happen every times in the last 30 sec ?

And seeing how they clearly did foresee the increase in player logins they increased the amount of servers for the Japanese regions and guess what their playing the game with very little issues while for NA and EU regions they chose the save money and not increase the servers. 100% Squares own doing
Some issues with a new exp are fair enough, even a 30min to an hour queue is not too much but this as it is now is far from acceptable.

Please expand upon your knowledge that the experts on hand could not do. and no getting new equipment was not the problem. ALSO the japanese servers are locally on hand and they can work at them, in other areas there were and are covid travel restrictions along with the semi-conductor shortage in getting said equipment as well. They could of restricted the sales, a time limit etc (they did it a while ago for new players starting the free trail because the player amount was increasing faster than they could provide for) but no they chose to keep accepting the money, meanwhile for their "home" playerbase" they upgraded the service to make sure they would be OK.
I mean srly Japan has 32 servers while the entire EU has 12!

"You are in the queue for 3 hours and almost made it? Oh yeah, right, let's reset it and make you sit in another queue for 3 more hours cause our precious server can't wait any longer!" How can you even defend them while such an atrocious thing has been introduced by them?
actually there is always a queue user limit because to have so many in queue could possibly make the server unstable and what ever that number is different for each specific server. also you will notice that they said that more than likely it was the fact that the client received a bad packet causing the CLIENT to error out. and that can come from them, or any of the nodes between you and them (and happens much more frequently than you might think), including your own isp and your own routers. nice way to only latch on to what you want to use to try and prove it was their fault.If you read the latest update, this particular error means:
