Idealized Chevalier's gear dye not displaying on Hyur/Some races

Details: The "Idealized Chevalier's" gear set obtained by opening a "Idealized Head/Chest/Hand/etc Gear Coffer" obtained from the Level 80 Trial "Memoria Misera (Extreme)", or purchased with High Legatus Idols, is no longer correctly showing dye colors applied to the item on some races (Midlander Hyur Male) since patch 6.0 Endwalker. All pieces of this set display the issue.

Dyes may still be applied to the item and are consumed on use, but create no visual change to the item.

At least two Viera players noted that the item dyed correctly for their characters when previewed, but could see no visual difference in the colors on my Hyur character.
A Lalafell player also claimed to see no visual difference between previewed colors.
