It is those same people that SE wants to attract. What are their gripes; what did they like? Their honest non-trollish viewpoint is just as important to SE as the current playerbase.

If you haven't noticed, FFXIV didn't do so hot. SE wants these people to come back. They're confident enough to give them the free time, and I'm sure they'd love to hear about the experience the players had. Feedback is the number one thing this game needs to stay current. Not every bit of feedback is going to be constructive, hence the idea to put the comments in a separate board.

lol... not even all the feedback they have *now* is constructive, so people can't even begin to use that as a reason this shouldn't happen.This.
