Create separate board that only Welcome Back players can post on. Solves problems, and creates a specific place SE can take "new" player feedback.

This. Allow them a forum to post in and that only Welcome Back players can post in it. Let it be viewable by everyone though so as to encourage discussion of their viewpoints in the general forums.
