Has someone else mentioned that the XP gain is broken?

So, not my top job, from Quest turn-in and everything else I used to get %50 if job is lower than my max plus %100 if less than level 80 for the menphina's earring?

But both of those bonuses seem to be missing.

The earring text did not change. Doesn't say - "No longer works" or something.
What's up?
