Sprint Duration test assistance please

I'm in Old Sharlea. Either this place dosen't count as a city state for sprint boots, or it's not stacking with the FC buff.

Since they do the same thing they do not stack, only the highest added percentage. This can be seen with peloton and sprint as well, only the highest percentage is taken into account, that being sprint.

Without the boots, the buff should be lower, it's the same amount.
Buff is 50% and yet no boots and buff is the same 30 seconds.

The town itself seems to be causing both to be ignored.

Thus wanting a number of people to report durrations under a number of conditons and locations.

Some places seem to count as city states but not "large cities" for example... but I didn't think to write all of them down.

If the buff is 50%, it's the same buff the boots provide. They're the same buff, so they do not stack. One or the other or both, you get 30 seconds of sprint.

Though they were +100%, let me guess, that's the OLD stats?

Strider boots have always been 50% (30 seconds). Fleet Footed, far as I'm aware, is new buff from 6.0.

Looks like I had them confused with the 1.0 hermes boots, doubled durration for a net 0 cooldown.
