unable to obtain character data

Hi Technical Support,

I'm unable to obtain my character data (character selection) before queueing into the game, for more than 2 hours.
please assist. thanks

You will not be able to get your character data until the que line lowers considerably. Once ques are lower, then character data will be able to load effectively. Nothing can be done about it, there are just too many people wanting to play and their servers are at max capacity.
