I ran castrum on my Lvl 71 Warrior (so less EXP percentage-wise since it slows down a bit, even before the 6.0 update) and I received roughly half my level... which is the same as before.
Again, the OP's claim was that it previously gave more than half a level. It now gives less than a half a level.
No amount of shrinking both numbers by the same divisor is going to reduce the roulette from giving 58% (Praetorium, pre-patch, rested) of level 70-71 to 43% (Praetorium, post-patch, again fully rested, on the same level), for instance.
I am not certain why you think that a percentage is somehow subject to scaling?

Okay, I have now done an MSQ roulette run of Praetorium post-patch 6.0.
Character was at level 67, and ended up with xp from the run corresponding to 85% of a level. Which is about what it was pre-patch too.
So judging by this one data point, there has been no significant changes in the MSQ roulette in this regard.
Castrum Meridianum gave me 33% of a level. I am pretty sure it has always given 33% of a level. (At least since the last big adjustment to the MSQ roulette rewards.)
EDIT: To some of you who don't seem to know this, roulette bonuses are fixed, and exp bonuses from food/gear/whatever do not apply to them. They give you a fixed % that is the same if you are level 50 or level 89.
What some of you are realizing is that the MSQ roulette isn't a great way to level. It never has been. The exp % is the same as it ever has been, but you were hypnotized by seeing 9 million exp or 12 million exp or higher. It was still the same flat % you get now, but the "to next level" amount is smaller, so you're only getting 1.5 mil or so. Same amount of gain for the same amount of time, but it makes you feel as if your time was wasted, even though nothing has changed.

Its ABSOLUTELY not the same not even close, i barely got half level with my 51 dragoon, not even worth the time anymore, i would get at least 2-3 levels in a run at 50's specially at praetorium. One more wortless roulletr together with the 50/60/70 one.... its better to just run the highest dungeon you got and level that way, rip my daily levels only if i knew they would ruin the darn thing i would level everything before EW changes.
uh no, none of the booster really apply to the roulette bonus, which is the main chunk of EXP you get from these things. Food, earring, FC buffs only apply to kill, hence you get those +######% in your combat log, but never at the payout EXP, which only scale with your level. That's why when you're close to the dungeon level, the boost is significant, but when you're at much higher level than the content, the boost from kill is pretty much negligible. I'm pretty sure the only bonus that applies to Payout EXP is the armory bonus.
I have do a few story EXP, and I can confirm the % given is pretty much roughly the same as pre-patch. I think you're just having selective and flaw memory. It's still nice enough for the 50-60 range. But once you get pass 60 story roulette is no longer a time efficient way to lvl. Even before 6.0, the main reason it was popular wasn't really because the amount of EXP you get, since strictly from a time/EXP ratio, at full EXP bonus it's still much faster to just run dungeon at your current level (for reason explained above). People like to run Pre because they can get a big EXP perday for doing almost nothing. A 45min run usually include 40min of youtube/netflix, which is nice, but not because it was fast.

I only remember pre 6.1 Praetorium from MSR gave my lv89 roughly 85% of level.
Reading posts here makes me glad I have no more needs of running MSRs anymore outside for lols.
I have no clue how much exp it gives right now, but I can confirm that previously getting Praetorium always meant a pretty safe level up. Castrum Meridianum on the other hand was shit, because it only gave around half a level.
To be more precise:
During Shadowbringers, when I had a job level 79 and was at 0-5% exp it once shot all the way up to over 90% and all I had to do was 1 trial roulette and I was 80 with that job. It was even something I kept recommending to newer players in our FC.
"When you're getting close to max level, don't do your MSQ roulette right away. Save it for the moment you hit level 79 because that's 1 MSQ roulette and you're max or at least almost max."
