    Summoner Aethercharge

    I haven't gotten to play the updated tools on my main, but jumped over to the EU servers to play instead of the wait/disconnect rinse repeat.

    Is Aethercharge upgraded in the later levels or something? It needs to be either an OGCD or have some sort of potency associated with the initial fire. We're missing out on the first 3 seconds of benefit from it at the very least.

    Yes, Aethercharge upgrades to Dreadwyrm Trance, which then upgrades to Summon Bahamut. Its purpose is to allow Summoner to have its rotation's gimmick at low levels.
