Purchasing Issue Tales of Adventure: Shadowbringers

I'm purchased Tales of Adventure: Shadowbringers from https://store.finalfantasyxiv.com/ffxivstore
Item has already paid and it's shown on Purchase History Optional Item Purchases (12/3/2021) and already select my main character (have only 1 character)
then login in to game but didnt recieved any new mails or any item from Delivery Moogle.I tried to relogin may times but didnt recieved any Tales of Adventure
I finished 5.0 but didnt finished 5.1-5.6 quest yet..

hey, i also purchased something from the store and it has not been delivered in the last 2 hours (smn adventure 3). The transaction is billed and my credit card was charged. I should add my mailbox is completely empty.

I am in the same boat, going on 8 hours here with no delivery.

Same here, it's now been 18 hours.

I've relogged twice in that time (once being overnight).

Still no mail, and the redelivery button doesn't help.


Edit: Update for anyone having issues and searching for answers. I got my mail for the item about 21 hours after purchase and a confirmation email was received.
