Flight not enabled in zone where required currents was reduced

I had not finished collecting aether currents in The Sea of Clouds before the patch, now the Travel Log shows all aether currents collected, but flight is not enabled, additionally there are no currents to collect according to the compass.

Having an very similar issue, but for me its kholusia/tempest. I had flying for kholusia unlocked prior to endwalker, but tempest I was a bit short on some of the world aether currents, so I didn't have it unlocked.
Wonder if it has to do with not entirely completing your aether currents before Endwalker?

I am also experiencing this in The Tempest. Was missing 1 current before EW, now that current is gone and looks similar to the Bareno's screenshot.

No aether currents nearby. Aether Current quests were completed prior to the reduction as well.

Also having this issue in The Tempest as well. Shows the same as the picture above and all the quests show completed in my journal, map is full discovered and just checked all the old aether current locations and none of the locations have a current that I could find.

Same for me in Sea of Clouds. I had all 5 quests done, and I think 6/10 of the currents before the patch.

Got this same issue on il mheg. all aetherite quests complete and all map aethiretes found, compas says that no aetherite found nearby

Same issue in Churning Mists. Not all currents were collected before 6.0, but flight was not unlocked after 6.0 update despite reaching the new requirement. Tried both teleporting and walking into the map just in case, but flight never got unlocked.
Likewise, the achievement "Freebird: Churning Mists" is not complete.
