what an absolute disaster of a launch. you would think they would be prepared for this, especially after the wow refugee influx but nope. I'm used to queues at a new xpac launch but to wait for hours in a lobby and get error 2002 and be back at the end of the line constantly is a pathetic joke.

They expressly told us they weren't prepared and there was nothing they could do about it because the chip shortage is stopping them from taking the steps necessary to fix their servers. Yes it's been awful, I haven't been able to play all day. I'm disappointed. But they straight up told us to prepare for this to be the case.
