Yes, the issue Is that there just seems to be no support for this and I cannot roll back DirectX12

Windows 10 and 11 both support Direct X 11, If you have to use Direct X 9 on these OS you need to add it in.
Look up legacy components > and Direct play. But even that should only be for direct X 8 and older.
Direct X is software not hardware you 3090 will work just fine with any version of direct X 6 and later.1
I have DirectX 12, there seems to be no support for DirectX 12, You can run the game on DirectX 9 however If there are more than a few people around me the game crashes meaning I need to run on DirectX 12. I know DirectX comes with older versions but for whatever reason, they are not working
I have DX12 since i have a 2080TI however I can run the game on dx11..... on the launcher setting you can select DX11 or 9 i believe.
