The fact people with better computers then me is having the issue has me worried that even if I were to buy a whole new PC with better hardware to just strongarm the issue essentially... I could still end up having audio issues...

Wish Square would say something about it. Like this is now far beyond a few isolated incidents. I've even begun meeting people in-game on Gilgamesh who are also having issues. Spoke out in Endwalker's final zone when waiting for a specific timed FATE to spawn, and when I spoke of it, two others spoke up about having stuttering issues.
