replying with "I'm done, I'm unsubscribing, I'm this, till that" because they didn't attend to your specific need when you wanted them too is childish and immature. Maybe you should go back to WoW.

Bruh.
No one is forbidding you from upgrading. If you want to upgrade, and have the money to do so, go ahead - I'm planning on it myself. Please report back with your new system specifications and any results. But don't go around telling others it's a guaranteed fix when all of the evidence compiled in this thread suggests otherwise.
Anyway the bug is still present on my end after the patch. It may actually be worse. I stuttered while my character got out of bed - that had never happened before - then I stuttered as I loaded out of the inn room, and then I ran a Trust in the first Endwalker dungeon, which always triggered the stutter for me before. I got less stutter on the first floor than I used to but the second floor was unbelievably bad.
To not even have this recognized as a known issue in the patch notes is beyond insulting and infuriating. I've just cancelled my subscription and will be pursuing a refund for the remaining time I have left on it. Good job torching all the goodwill you built with me over the last year and a half, Squeenix.
Incredible take. They made the game we pay for every month unplayable and we're the ones at fault for complaining?
This doesn't work for everyone, read the thread.

Responding with cancellations is only going to help them out... did you not notice...? they have more people that want to buy the game than the suffiency to succor them. If old players want to take a break, it is only clearing up room for new sales, your 15 dollars isn't even close to a new 60 dollar sale.Bruh.

Welp, I wasn't expecting at all for this to be fixed in the patch but the fact that it isn't even in the known issues section in the patch notes means they literally have not acknowledged us, despite the 83 pages here. Great.
I'd just just suggest to you and others, to stop leveling complaints with baseless threats. Threatening to unsubscribe at this point only helps them, not hurts... they had to take the game down from sales remember? Too many people want to play. I can't even get my wife in because of it. So the more of you crybabies that leave, the better. Then maybe sales can resume and my wife can play.
Speaking of which...? Any news there? when the hell can the people we tell this game about buy it again?

Made a barebones thing. Feel free to sign, contribute, offer edits, legal advice, whatever:

never say it has been "almost" anything in a court document. Exact days and months from petition.
In addition, anything that elude to you looking it up yourself will be dismissed. You need concrete wording to point towards and solidify points made against that which you are subjecting to test.
Should it be bared to jury, they will need all such evidence to come to a conclusion. They can't just pull out their smart-phones and look up your references.
Everything verbally said in all those videos needs to be worded, all points that exhibit evidence need to be marked as such.
This will all need to be presented to the defendant, upon any trial proceeding.
It also doesn't help any one involved to be petitioned by a foreign government. In this case Russia, in fair use agreements for North America.

Can I ask you what you think your contribution is here? There are people with a technical issue that are obviously upset about it. Some of us have played this game for 10+ years to find we're being left in the dark. I reckon the average person could muster the empathy to understand a few people are going to voice their complaints with a degree of anger. Imagine calling people crybabies for speaking up about a technical issue with a paid product. Your random tidbits here and there aren't helping anyone. I hope your wife gets to play soon but I'm not sure how trying to be edgy on a forum is going to help you accomplish that. :-)I'd just just suggest to you and others, to stop leveling complaints with baseless threats. Umaizo!
I've contacted the email Support with this request now as well. I've set the 4rth as a deadline for my patience and here we are. I understand SE isn't likely to give refunds or some sort of compensation, but I still believe we are being wronged. If there was to be a throrough investigation by a professional I am highly positive the focus of it would become the Audio Driver and it's change with the 6.0 update. We weren't made aware of said change and bought a product based on Information provided by the Developer. How lies the fault on our end.Bruh.

I cleared the Benchmark just fine, as well as meet all the system requirements.
I stuck around for a month - the the following 2 patches.
I followed every official and unofficial suggestion for fixing the issue on my end.
I don't see a reason for them to refuse my right for compensation at this point.
