Can you atleast fix the 2002 error while we are in queue?

This is the real frustrating part. its bad enough you guys didnt get teh amount of servers needed to handle this load, but now i finally get in a queue of 4000 get down to 1000 and get kicked out with a error 2002 and then have to get back in queue.. but i cant because when i get to the start screen, i get kicked out with a 2002 error again.. smh

The 2002 isn't actually something "broken" to be fixed, unfortunately. Not directly.

Ah but see, they can't make sure it holds your position, not all the time. You only moved up in the queue because the people ahead of you got kicked. And when you get to the front, the only place for you to go is to the back of the line. Nobody's actually getting into the game, the servers are all full of people using well known exploits to prevent auto logout while they loop emotes in limsa. That, and the occasional free trial account trying to sell the afk emote mules gil. It's a very efficient system.
