World Visit queue time

I would like to share the very bad idea that I had to visit another world with the new queue avoidance system and could not get back to my home world even after 400 minutes in line stuck in Gridania.



Some friends of mine from the Behemoth server have logged in, passed the login queue, played the game, logged out, logged in and passed the login queue again and continued playing while I'm still stuck in the same queue trying to get back to my home world to play with them.

The system works, you can log into a world with much less population and faster, but it doesn't give you the option to return via the login screen to your home world, forcing you to wait for this queue that doesn't make sense if you want to go back to yours home world.

Can you do this from. Char screen? It's just me and the wife so doesn't matter if we're off world

I've been having this same issue all day. There's no option to return to your home world from the login screen, you have to do it from an aetheryte in game. So you have to wait in the 4000+ queue to login to the (wrong) world, and then wait 4+ hours in the queue to travel back to your home world... The worst part being that you can't do anything while you're in the queue, including traveling to another map. So you're stuck in the main city of a server that isn't yours. And you can't even afk to wait out the timer, because then the game will d/c you for inactivity. This system is seriously messed up. The only way to MAYBE get in is if you log in at an obscenely awkward time, like 4am, to try and queue up while hopefully everyone is sleeping.

Made the mistake of visiting a friend on famfrit last night and now I can NOT get back into Behemoth. Is there a trick or something I'm missing, or am I just gonna have to wait it out? Oooofffff

Are people able to get back at all? It seems broken from what I've seen - people have been sitting for like 4-5 hours trying to get back to their home server thru the aethryte. Much, much longer than normal login ques.
