One of the legacy perks is the archon's mark isn't it?
Did sharlayan immigration recognize you as an archon?

It's not the Archon mark at all, but the Legacy mark or the Mark of the Twelve (the later is SE's official name for it in the GUI command to disable it or make it visible)
It's never had any explanation as to where it came from or what it's symbolizing other than to identify you that "you were here before the Calamity" (namely, your character was created in 1.0, and despite the name, has nothing to do with the Legacy Campaign which is completely seperate - level 1 characters that never passed beyond the first cutscene in the game in 1.0 that are transferred into ARR also have the mark.
And the Legacy Chocobo also has it on it's beak, and curiously, any retainers you had in 1.0 also have it (although you can only tell this with great difficulty if you've equipped them with gear that bares their back) . Despite the name though, it does quite resemble Hydaelyn's Mothercrystal form, suggesting she was the one responsible, which... does make sense.
That's just my speculation though, as stated there is no lore mentioned at all as to the origin or meaning behind the Legacy mark. It most definetely is not of Sharlayan origin though or has anything to do with Sharlayan.
Oh dear me...my mistake. thank you for correcting me
Apparently the mark is something you got while being hurtled through time by Louisoix's spell.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
