Exactly, the sub time is the thing... With them not being able to add more servers or increase the capacity to make room for the influx of players from streamers they should have been prepared to offer reimbursement due to the issues. Guess we will see how it goes tomorrow looks like I can't get on today at all.
Somehow I feel the NEXT 2 days will be even worse, as it's the weekend, most will be off wanting to log on. So your 3,000+ que will be more like 10,000+ because honestly I'm already waiting in que again at 5,500...this isn't going to end well.
The Lobby Connection Error (SE) issue has been around in every expansion, yet Square Enix seems to have no intention to ever fix it. To me, SE charges for early access and yet refuses to fix a technical problem that prevent a majority of players from being able to play the game during early access, then the problem becomes a fraud because it happens in every expansion.
If you live in the USA and want to force SE and Yoshi to take this problem seriously, please file a fraud complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. SE is committing fraud by charging for a service that it could delivered to a small percentage of customers, in every expansion.
Visit the US Federal Trade Commission's fraud report page at https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-pro...-complaint-ftc and file a complaint.
If enough players file a complaint, the FTC will open a file, and that will surely get Square Enix and Yoshi's attention.

Wonderfully said, and truth be told if they know that the "error 2002" message appears of having a high load of 17,000 people in que then they should have stopped selling pre-orders before this mark to avoid this problem, but they didn't, they allowed the sales to happen and now we have to wait?
I think you need to reread your license agreement. Your not guaranteed access to the game 100% of the time. And the FTC would probably chuckle at this attempt, but good luck in your endeavor. The Lobby Connection Error (SE) issue has been around in every expansion, yet Square Enix seems to have no intention to ever fix it. Just because the license agreement says something does not mean certain action does not constitute fraud. If enough players complain, the FTC would look at this. My hope is just to get SE and Yoshi to pay attention and fix this.
All it takes is enough people to file complaints. I just filed a complaint with the FTC. It only took 10 minutes of my time. I would encourage you all to do the same.
Blizzard offering South Korean users a full refund after Diablo 3 errors.
Blizzard is offering South Korean Diablo 3 players a full refund following the infamous Error 37 server issues which reared its head at the game's launch.
This comes as the result of gamer complaints that forced the South Korean government to launch an extensive investigation into Blizzard's Seoul office last month.
While Blizzard's refund policy initially did not allow for refunds of a title already in-use, this was at odds with South Korean law which guaranteed refunds of any product within seven days if problems were not caused by the customer.
In a post on the Korean Battle.net, as translated by Wall Street Journal, Blizzard now states any Diablo 3 player under level 40 can apply for a refund from June 25th to July 3rd.
Blizzard will also accept returns from users less than level 20 within two weeks of purchase from now on. Those above level 40 will not be offered a refund.
Earlier in June the company set up additional servers throughout Korea to deal with the connectivity issues.

They really need to fix the queue system for pc players, this getting kicked from the queue because of a 2002 error code then trying to log back in after and you are at the back of the queue again sucks devs. Especially after hearing that those on the PS5 do not lose there place if this happens to them.

I expected long ques. But I did NOT expect not being able to get in the game at all. Complete incompetence!!
I am also experiencing the same issues. Datacenter cannot find my character, but I can attempt to queue. Once I wait an hour or so in line, the connection to the lobby server breaks and I get a 2002 error. When I get back into the queue there are another 5 thousand or so folks ahead of me. I have not been able to log in at all (or even come close) since 6.0 went live. The biggest part of pre-release access is ACCESS. I don't regret my purchase and I understand unexpected things can happen, but an official response and expected fix update would go a long way with the community, in my opinion.

I've tried 5 times now. Now I can't even get close to number 1. I disconnect at around 2300 queue timer. At this point any of us trying to log in is wasting their time or have really really good luck.
