Lobby Connection Error

Hello CS,
Can we please get a response for the unstable que in times and Lobby Connection error? I was 3,004 in que waited over an hour and was still 1,342 in que and then I got disconnected due to Lobby Connection Error, and now I can't even connect to the Lobby at all I get the same error.

UPDATE:
I reconnected to the Data Center only to get a que of 4,600 and then as the que dropped to 3,200 I got Disconnected. As PC doesn't save your que spot, this will be an endless cycle of the same thing until someone from CS can respond and let us know this is being investigated at the very least.

Have had this happen several times now. Over 3000 people in queue, once I get below 1000, the Lobby Crashes. I have been able to relaunch the game and enter the lobby again, but at the back of the line. Also, lobby tells me it can't retrieve character information, though my character is still there, and lets me enter queue with it.

I've had lobby crash roughly 10 times in an hour while waiting in que. It resumed que when I logged back into the client, however, it crashed at queue 1 and sent me back to the end of the queue.

I press start and when i try to login i get the error Lobby Connection error 2002

I have lost my spot in queue after waiting an hour each time...almost in...then kicked out and have to sit at the back...meanwhile my boyfriend who has a PS5 gets to jump back to his lobby queue spot after getting a lobby connection error...HOW IS THIS FAIR???? I am so close to just giving up and going to play a different game for a few days. I paid for early access and can't even use it...=/

Its a dumpster fire launch. I'm never pre ordering anything from ff14 again. Basically what's happening is people who spent the same amount of money we did get their product and we don't. This is also after a 3 week delay. So since my server queue starts at about 4600 and my lobby also crashed I'm wondering why I even pre-ordered since I probably won't get to play for days and my sub time is also being wasted simultaneously. Explain to me how this makes any legitimate sense square?

Not even that when you can't even Q 2002 error constantly it's insane. I understand it's an expansion launch and blah blah but come on now at least get this error fixed and let people Q. Every single time I get to below 1k in the Q I get kicked with 2002 error and the game closes...

Exactly, the sub time is the thing... With them not being able to add more servers or increase the capacity to make room for the influx of players from streamers they should have been prepared to offer reimbursement due to the issues. Guess we will see how it goes tomorrow looks like I can't get on today at all.
