If you can't make a game with enough servers to handle the load then you should quit the game making business. You need to reevaluate your business. Then they shouldn't charge this many people for a subscription and sacrifice everyone's experience in the process. If you charge 10,0000 people for a game-time fee then you are expected to deliver to those 10,000 paying customers. The queue system was fine when it was a few minutes before being able to play pre-Endwalker launch but waiting 4 or more hours before being able to play and potentially getting an error code at any point sending you to the back of the queue is not right. This isn't what people are paying for.

If I'm selling burgers and I only have ingredients to make 5 burgers, I sell 5 burgers. I don't charge 20 people the full price of a burger and serve everyone 1/4 of a burger.
