Why am I not able to start Endwalker MSQ when I pre-purchased it months ago on Steam

Can someone tell me why I cannot access the Endwalker MSQ when I pre-purchased the Collectors edition months ago on Steam? It was my understanding I could play Endwalker today?

Did you register it and get the pre-order earring/minion in your moogle mail?

Thanks, I think that might be the issue. I was told on Twitter that I should have entered the code on the MOG Station...unfortunately I think it's down at the moment.. I'll try when it comes back on line.

After you buy it, you get an e-mail with a link to register it on mogstation, check your emails for something from "Square Enix Store <no_reply@square-enix.com>"
