Fantasia Disappeared

I bought my Fantasia about an hour and a half ago, I got it in the mail. I logged out on accident, waited the queue to get in, went into my bags and its gone. I never used it, but its gone.

Edit: I looked through my mail again, screenshots of my personal bags below.

*Note: I picked it up as soon as it arrived in the mail, I didnt put it in any other bag.
