No monitor signal

Not really sure if this is endwalker or something else but I use to play about 8 months ago without issue. I tried to get in the queue and after about 5-10 minutes both monitors would lose signal (assuming video card crash) and not recover. The PC meets the min requirements the specs are

i5-3450
radeon 480x
16g ram
installed on ssd

I've tried reinstalling the game but the same issue still persists. I ran state of decay 2 without issue after this popped up to test it out and that game ran completely fine.

Another weird tidbit is that it shows the "Character data unavailable" with a triangle in the background.

Getting triangles for character data as well. Still trying to log in to Sargatanas. Got 2 of those 2002 data center errors. Maybe 3rd time is the charm. I'll update if it logs in. And at least i go back into the que where i left off. Unlike many that have to start over. 3rd time failed at 282 que. Here's try 4 now. Sweet finally in and latency is under 100ms.

Sounds like the game doesn't like your monitor settings or maybe DirectX11. Load the launcher and hit config and try disabling DX11. I hope it's not the gpu or some hardware problem.
