    SAGE - Eukrasian Dosis

When applying to Kardia to yourself or an ally. The dots (damage) from Eukrasian Dosis would not proc Kardia's heals. Not sure if this was a bug or intentional, in order to prevent double dipping on the heals. Though, it clearly states that it should trigger Kardia, but it doesn't, only the initial cast of Dosis/Eukrasian Dosis seems to only trigger its effect.

Because that's exactly how it is supposed to work and it's also very obvious.

Yeah. Only the initial potency gives a heal

It's not healing per damage so much as it is healing per action. If you use Eukrasian Dosis on a target, the initial application will heal, the ticks will not. It's a potent perma regen tool so long as you just keep hammering away as it is, so adding the dot ticks as extra healing would be a little much

Potent? Its 130 potency its weak, if it was a dot that turned into a regen it would actually be worth using but its just a dot for extra damage the heal part is worthless. If you wanna use it to heal best to cast a shield instead.

130/action. Turns into 170/action at 85. It’s good for what it does, and I haven’t seen too many problems with it. SGE isn’t weak by any standard. It just has different tools we’re still trying to understand in terms of practical use. Just remember Kardion can be retargeted to a new MT whenever swaps happen.

Kardia is just Embrace Macro'd to your DPS skills and little more. It's not suppose to function as a full on healing ability,.

Kardia is a regen. It’s not supposed to be as potent as an something like Druochole for example. It serves its purpose with proper damage upkeep as a perma-regen on the tank currently getting punched in the face. It isn’t meant to be something that you throw on a tank and can just freely ignore them—not even Regen and Aspected Benefic, which are 250 potency per tick, have that luxury. But each HoT tick adds up to less GCD casts and/or Addergalls resources used on just autos throughout the course of a fight.

For what it is, it serves its purpose. I haven’t had issues with it when I get tanks properly rotating CDs in the newer dungeons. Or even old ones. Healing Holminster when you have a tank who knows cooldowns are proactive buttons and not “oh sh—“ buttons is amazingly smooth. To get the best use out of it requires healers to deal damage. Already I’ve seen new SGEs standing idle with Kardia on the tank—and with those, you obviously won’t see any benefit from it.

I’ve also seen them in alliance raids or 8-mans throwing it on the OT who never takes autos when it would be better served on the MT because the effects do stack, but that’s another conversation altogether.

My only complaint for it is I wish there was more to Kardia in terms of function. I hope to see it expanded upon in the future.

Remember HoT's tick every 3 sec, while Kardia relies on your GCD, which is shorter. If you compared Kardia directly to a Regen, it would be over 200 potency worth while spamming dps.

Hmm i guess will take practice with Sage but i felt like as a solo healer i was using dps skills less and had to use the normal heals and shields more in bit pulls due to the GCD messing up Eukrasia, if Eukrasia wasnt effected by the GCD would be best but its so jarring to use Toxicon then need to use Eukrasia.
