Lobby server connection error?

I have been able to log in once. Now I get thrown out from the queue more often than not, most of the time I keep my place in the queue when I log back in, but not all of the time. And regardless how long the grace period is they can’t honestly believe that I’m willing to stare at a log-in queue for hours at an end. I work full time and do not have that much free time to begin with.

I understand that there is a higher load at the beginning of a new expansion, but they better recompensate for this time we are paying for but are not able to utilize.

there was an update citing the issues described in this very thread:

・ Error 4004, 5003, and 5006
These errors occur when your connection to the login management server times out as a result of waiting in a login queue for extremely long periods of time.

so basically, if the Q is too long, you're fucked, coz by the time it will be your turn, the login server will time you out, coz you know, SE don't have enough money to increase HW capacity.. Thank you, TYSM for informing us that we basically stand no chance to actually log into the game if the queue is too large, I feel very enlightened right now!!! Maybe find a solution instead of saying what we all know.

They should turn off ALL servers for 10miutes to flush out all the AFK expliters and give other people a chance to play becouse with each hour the queues get larger and larger so a chance to enter is slim to none at this point.

If they can't get more servers, you'd think they'd have done more to be sure things like queueing to get in worked appropriately. I have never, once, been put back into the same place I was in in the queue, when kicked. Its always 'almost in' then you're at 3k again. Now I can't queue at all. Not even being allowed to queue is really unacceptable. And tbh 7 days of free time isn't what I want - maybe a refund on this month's subscription fee would feel better, due to the lack of time we actually get to play.
