    I saw someone else saying the same problem and it was their VPN causing it (pretty sure they mentioned Exit Lag).

    If you're using a VPN, try without?

    Can confirm that Exitlag caused this precise issue for me when the servers came up.
    Though i have it active right now with no issues.

    That said, for the OP turning it off might clear up the error as it did for me the first time.
