Pretty much, its just delayed since the severs are being hammered hard rn.

I think you can play as normal. The issue doesn't prevent you from logging in, and I'm fairly sure you don't lose your fantasia if you log in without using it (maybe someone else can confirm this for sure?).

Yes I can confirm this. It will be kept inside the in-game mail if not used and if used, it has unlimited time on it, it will be consumed the moment you change your character and confirm the change.
I speak from personal experience, since I have a Fantasia on my character for about 7 months now and not have used it yet.

Ok! Thank you both for the advice. I am hearing from my fc discord that I probably won't lose the fanta and that the issue is more wide spread than my perspective has shown. I trust SE will take care of it
