My friend had this issue and the fanta was still there when their character data finally showed up after they 2002'd and logged back in. Yours should hopefully be there too, once the character data finally loads.

Pretty much, its just delayed since the severs are being hammered hard rn.

So are going to get an official update on this? Just sat in an 800 person queue for 20 minutes just to have it kick me out of the client? Are the servers literally on fire? Now sitting back in a 1,200 person queue trying again.

I think you can play as normal. The issue doesn't prevent you from logging in, and I'm fairly sure you don't lose your fantasia if you log in without using it (maybe someone else can confirm this for sure?).
