Character Data isnt showing up.

So I have tried tons of ways to try to get my character to show up so I can change my appearance but nouthing works does anyone have any solutions.

I want to change to bun boy for endwalker and yet litterly cant do anything because of this problem.

i got same thing no race ect. cant make new charter eather go figure its kinda sad

Yeah, ya'll are not the first I have seen on this forum claim to have simply lost their character or pieces of it. I imagine it is a server bug where it simply didn't register your characters, but that is just an uninformed guess.

I think it might be a lobby thing and that's why you can't change characters? I get the ??? "unable to retrieve data" too but when I manage to log in, my character is just fine despite this. Sucks if you're trying to edit them, though.

I have the same bug, and its just that a bug, your character is still there, I got this several times before when my game crashed and I was not able to log out normally.

It all gets fixed the moment you log in and appear in the game.

It's a random bug that occurs when the login queue is getting hammered by connections. Your character is not deleted, never once was that the case. You should still be able to login and jump in queue. Unfortunately it CAN cause some issues with Fantasias, you'll have to execute some patience.

Just having issues retrieving it to that screen but you can queue and login.
